10th ICC European Conference on International Arbitration
It was an immense pleasure to attend the 10th ICC European Conference on International Arbitration, as well as several excellent events organised as part of Paris Arbitration Week, and to spend a highly engaging week in the company of leading arbitration lawyers and professionals from across the world.
The ICC European Conference once again confirmed its status as a key event for practitioners involved in international arbitration, particularly within the European and UK arbitration community. The conference offered in‑depth discussions on current developments in arbitration law, procedural efficiency, enforcement of arbitral awards and the evolving role of arbitral institutions in cross‑border disputes. The panels and keynote sessions provided valuable insight into both practical and strategic considerations relevant to arbitration practitioners and in‑house counsel alike.
Alongside the main conference programme, Paris Arbitration Week featured a wide range of side events, round‑table discussions and networking sessions, bringing together arbitration professionals, academics, institutional representatives and in‑house lawyers from multiple jurisdictions. These events provided an excellent platform for exchanging views on latest trends in international arbitration, sharing professional experiences and strengthening connections within the global arbitration community.
Remaining up to date with developments in international commercial arbitration and maintaining strong professional relationships across jurisdictions is essential for practitioners active in this field. Events such as the ICC European Conference and Paris Arbitration Week play a crucial role in fostering dialogue, promoting best practice and supporting continued professional development within the arbitration community.
This year’s conference also provided an excellent opportunity to represent TSG Law Office and to contribute to discussions alongside colleagues from leading international practices.
I am sincerely grateful for the opportunity to meet and exchange views with arbitration professionals from around the world and look forward to continuing these conversations and meeting again at the 11th ICC conference next year.
