In collaboration with experts from Citadel Consulting, TSG Lawyers organized at the coworking center “The Place” in Belgrade a specialized seminar titled TSG Employment Talks:
“HR – Crisis Communication and Negotiation Skills:
Termination of Employment by Mutual Agreement”
attended by HR professionals, legal advisors, and corporate managers from various domestic and international companies.
The seminar was led by Jelena Todorović, Attorney at Law and employment law expert at TSG Lawyers, with the support of experienced crisis communication consultants from Citadel Consulting. The focus was on the legal and practical challenges involved in mutual termination of employment, particularly in the context of workforce redundancies and company liquidations.
