TSG seminar “Personal Data Protection in Serbia – new rules”
In line with GDPR, the Republic of Serbia adopted a new Law on Personal Data Protection which will be applicable from 21st August 2019.
This was the motive for organizing a seminar on “Personal Data Protection – new rules and obligations for the Employers in Serbia.” on the 17.06.2019.
Attorney-at-Law Predrag Groza presented the new solutions introduced by the new Law, while Attorney-at-Law Ivana Stefanović discussed the Law from Employers’ perspective, taking into account practical dilemmas and challenges.
The presentation was followed by a lively discussion and exchange of experience on this topic.
