Webinar | Serbia: Employment of Foreigners in the Republic of Serbia

Our lawyer Aleksandra Rajić and junior lawyer Anđelija Milićević organised a webinar on 28. 01. 2021 in cooperation with the Slovenian Business Club and representatives of the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs.

Webinar attendees had a chance to get acquainted with the procedure of employment of foreigners in the Republic of Serbia, with special reference to procedure before the National Employment Service, types of work permits and deadlines that need to be followed.

During the webinar participants were introduced with new procedures that foreigners will need to submit when applying for temporary residence and work permits. After the presentation of our lecturers, participants had the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussion, as well as to share their experiences about the procedure modes for employment of foreigners in Republic of Serbia.
