Public Procurement – 6 Months Later

Due to popular demand, working breakfast on

“Public Procurement – 6 Months Later”

was organized again on 23 March 2016, this time in cooperation with Chamber of Italian-Serbian Businessmen and Slovenian Business Club.

Association members had the opportunity to ask Attorney-at-Law Predrag Groza what (potential) bidders have to know in the light of the changes in the law, since the new regulations significantly alter the position of bidders and demand a different approach and a pro-active role in certain stages of public procurement.

The presentation was followed by a discussion involving an exchange of views and most interesting experience relative to public procurement, responses to the questions regarding preparation of tenders, communication with clients and rights protection procedure, as well as advice relating to the work, legal understanding and decision-making of the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights.
