Follow up report
The working breakfast organised at the premises of our office on 25 January 2017 in cooperation with Markiš Studio Legale from Padua and the Italian-Serbian Chamber of Commerce in Belgrade, attracted the attention of Serbian businessmen whose portfolio includes foreign trade with Italian partners.
Colleague Milan Markiš from Padua described to the audience the ways to secure and then collect claims in proceedings before the Italian authorities. Participants then used the opportunity to ask questions and also to share their own experience of cooperation with Italian companies.
In the latter part of the working breakfast, Attorney-at-Law Predrag Groza held a lecture on distribution agreements, focusing on protection of competition and restrictive agreements, and subsequently the business dialogue continued over breakfast in a friendly and informal atmosphere.
The participants and organizers agreed that the benefits of such meetings were manifold and that this practice should continue.
