Tomić Sinđelić Groza TSG Law Office facilitated, together with the German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (AHK Serbia), a seminar on “Directors’ Liability – Practical Guidelines” at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Belgrade on Tuesday, 26 September 2017. The featured topics included company director’s limitations, duties, rights and obligations, illustrated by straightforward examples from comparative practice. The participants of the seminar were welcomed by Doris Danilović, Deputy Director of the German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce.

Lecturer Ljubica Tomić, Managing Partner at TSG Law Office, with expertise in corporate governance, addressed director’s liability for the damage caused through violation of his special duties and the potential consequences from the aspect of the criminal law. The attendees were acquainted with the regulations and practical advice regarding conflict of interest and keeping business secrets.

Lecturer Saša Sinđelić, Partner at TSG Law Office, with expertise in directors’ contracts and labour law issues, acquainted the attendees with director’s liability for damages, as well as the measures concerning prohibition of performance of business activities, termination of employment and the consequences of issuing a false statement.
