Construction Across Borders
We are pleased to announce that our TSG Attorney at Law and Partner, Dušan Pejkić, will participate in the 1st Eastern European Regional SCL Conference, to be held on April 27, 2026, in Belgrade.
The Society of Construction Law Serbia, in cooperation with the Bulgarian Society of Construction Law, the Hungarian Society of Construction Law, the Society of Construction Law Poland, the Romanian Society of Construction Law, the Society of Construction Law Türkiye and in association with the European Society of Construction Law (ESCL) and the Society of Construction Law International, is organizing this inaugural regional conference.
The conference will convene construction law practitioners from across Eastern Europe and will focus on practical aspects and emerging challenges in the application of construction law. The program is designed to deliver practice-oriented insights and facilitate the exchange of expertise among industry professionals.
Key topics include:
- Financing and procurement of infrastructure projects
- Construction and contracting in the nuclear sector
- Digital technologies and artificial intelligence in construction, including their role in dispute avoidance and dispute resolution
- Dispute avoidance and dispute resolution mechanisms
This conference will provide a focused platform for professional dialogue, knowledge sharing, and networking within the construction law community.
