 “Directors and Foreigners in Serbia – their status position and their status in terms of Labour Law”

The Tomić Sinđelić Groza Law Office and the Slovenian Business Club in Belgrade organised together on Thursday, 29th September 2016, a working breakfast at the premises of the TSG Law Office on the following topics:

  • Directors in Serbia – their status in terms of Labour Law
  • Foreigners in Serbia – their status position and their status in terms of Labour Law
  • Secondment of employees from the Republic of Serbia abroad

     

A choice of current topics, interesting presentation by Ivana Stefanović and Ines Bajević, attorneys at law, coupled with their abundant experience in representing foreigners in the procedures for regulating their personal and employment status during their stay in Serbia, as well as participation of representatives of the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs and the National Employment Service, all contributed to an interesting and interactive working breakfast entailing a lively discussion and exchange of experience among the participants.
