“Intellectual property – Distribution and Franchising”

Ljubica Tomic, managing partner at TSG Law Office, has introduced the new legal concept of distribution and franchising as drafted by the Serbian Civil Code, which is expecetd to be adopted in 2017.  Predrag Groza, partner and intellecutal proprety expert at TSG Law office, has addressed specific intellectual property issues and mechanisms od protection, including paralel import  issues.

A vivid discussion followed between practitioners, companies, law professors (authors of the drafted Civil Code) and officiers of the Intellectual Property Office of Serbia.
