Aleksandra Toroman advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of corporate, commercial, employment and international private law. She also represents clients before the courts of the Republic of Serbia, based on her experience in civil litigation and other areas of civil law.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Novi Sad, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree (LLB). She also completed her Master’s degree (LLM) at the same Faculty, where she successfully defended her thesis on “The Position and Influence of the Federal Republic of Germany in the European Union”. As a scholarship holder of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, she completed a one-and-a-half-year LLM in International Business Law in Germany with a thesis on “Free Trade Agreements in the European Union”. In the same year, she enrolled at the Faculty of Law, University of Novi Sad, for her doctoral studies in Public International Law, for which she received a scholarship from the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Serbia.

During her undergraduate and master’s studies, she was a member of the University of Novi Sad team at the International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition held every year in The Hague. After many years of experience as a team member, she was selected as a judge for this prestigious competition.

She perfected her German by attending an intensive course at the Faculty of Law, University of Potsdam, during her Master’s studies in Berlin and by attending numerous conferences and workshops.
