Ivana Stefanović provides counselling on business planning strategy for incorporation, changes of legal status, day-to-day operations of companies and other legal entities, she also prepares general bylaws and commercial contracts. She excels in handling Employment Law issues. Ivana prepares individual and general bylaws in this area, and offers a full range of counselling and representation services in labour disputes. Ivana has considerable hands-on experience in representing foreign nationals in procedures for establishing their legal status in Serbia regarding personal and employment matters. This includes representing clients before local authorities in procedures for obtaining work status (temporary residence and work permits).
She gives guidance and representation services on a broad range of matters in the Family Law area. In 2017 she was appointed mediator on the list of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia.
