Ivana Stefanović advises on business planning strategy for incorporation, changes of legal status, day-to-day operations of companies and other legal entities, she also prepares general by-laws and commercial contracts. She specialises in labour law issues. Ivana prepares individual and general by-laws in this area and provides a full range of advice and representation in labour disputes. Ivana has extensive practical experience in representing foreign nationals in procedures to establish their legal status in Serbia in relation to personal and employment matters. This includes representing clients before local authorities in procedures for obtaining work status (temporary residence and work permits).

She provides advice and representation in a wide range of family law matters. In 2017, she was appointed as a mediator on the list of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia.
