HR working group organised by TSG and AHK Serbia

Law Office TSG  Tomic Sindjelic Groza organised a business brunch for the HR group members of the AHK Serbia members in Belgrade, introducing the participants to the

„Main Issues of Labour and Employment Law in practice“

Sasa Sindjelic, partner at TSG, explained the hot topic related to employer’s rights in cases of termination of employment contracts by the employee and the breach of the non-compete clause by the employee.

TSG lawyer Natasa Stojnov discussed with the participants practical aspects of the legal issues related to the abuse of sick-leave and late coming to work, as reasons for terminating employment contract.

Our guest, professor at the department of psychology of the Faculty of Philosophy University of Belgrade and president of the Serbian Constructivist Association – Dusan Stojnov, held a workshop on the subject „Unpleasant Side of Communication“.

The workshop was followed by a discussion and an informal exchange of experiences to current topics during the business brunch.
