We are pleased to announce that our colleague, TSG team member, Senior Lawyer Dušan Pejkić co-authored a publication in English

– Analysis of Obstacles to Sales of Non-Performing Receivables of Serbian MSMEs –

The Analysis’ publication is supported by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation SDC and Balkan Center for Regulatory Reform. The team of researches and authors of this publication, besides Dušan Pejkić, consists of professor at Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, Branko Radulović and Slobodan Trivić, Stefan Dragutinović, Miljan Savić and Aleksandra Čvorović.

The non-performing receivables market is analyzed from several angles: economics, legal and tax, while the publication itself also contains proposals and guidelines in terms of further regulatory development of this field in the Republic of Serbia. We are glad that the publication is available to the professionals as a very useful interdisciplinary guide and an overview of this dynamic field.
