Réflexions : Conférence annuelle CBBL 2026
We were delighted to once again take part in the CBBL Annual Conference – German-speaking Lawyers Worldwide – and to represent Serbia! Meeting colleagues and friends from more than 45 countries, experiencing the exchange of ideas in a “world in transition,” and focusing on all relevant topics for companies from the DACH region in international business was truly valuable.
For us as lawyers, the lecture by Prof. Dr. Burghard Piltz on the UN Sales Convention as a stabilizing factor in international trade relations during times of crisis was particularly inspiring. Equally impressive were the thoughts shared by former Foreign Minister Heiko Maas on courage and trust in diplomacy in today’s world of crisis mode and multipolar disorder. Above all, we would like to thank all our colleagues – German-speaking lawyers from around the globe – for the discussions in the panels and throughout our time at the conference in Cologne. We look forward to many more gatherings in the future.
