Our intellectual property experts, registered with the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Serbia and with the European Patent Office in Munich, Germany provide advice and service to our domestic and international clients in our market in relation to any and all intellectual property issues.

Our services in particular include prior examination of requirements for registration of trade marks, design, patents, geographical indications, registration with the Intellectual Property Office (Administrative Law), and a wide range of commercial and legal solutions relating to intellectual property rights transactions (transfer, licence, pledge, franchise) and initiating and conducting court actions as well as the actions before the competent inspectorates and customs authorities aimed at protecting, in a comprehensive way, the violated and/or threatened rights of our clients (Litigation). Acquisition, transfer and protection of copyrights and similar rights is another important area of our work (a related area in which we provide services is Media).
