Our intellectual property experts, registered with the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Serbia and the European Patent Office in Munich, Germany, provide advice and services to our domestic and international clients in the Serbian market on all intellectual property issues. Our services include registration with the Intellectual Property Office of trademarks, designs, patents, and geographical indications. We offer a wide range of commercial and legal solutions related to intellectual property rights transactions, such as transfers, licenses, pledges, and franchises. Additionally, we initiate and conduct court actions, as well as actions before the competent inspectorates and customs authorities, to comprehensively protect our clients violated or threatened rights (Litigation). Finally, the acquisition, transfer, and protection of copyrights and related rights are also important areas of our work.
