Public Procurement
We advise and represent both domestic and foreign clients in public procurement procedures in Serbia. Our services include preparing bids and relevant documentation.
We provide legal support throughout the performance of awarded public procurement contracts. We also represent our clients’ interests in proceedings for the protection of bidders’ rights, as well as in cases before contracting authorities and the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures.
Additionally, we represent clients in administrative disputes arising from public procurement procedures and decisions made by the Republic Commission as a second-instance body.
