Overview of Amendments to the Law on Planning and Construction in Branič issue 4/2023

Our colleague Marta Luković published an article entitled

« Overview of the most significant amendments to the Law on Planning and Construction »

in issue 4/2023 of the Journal of Legal Theory and Practice « Branič », published by the Serbian Bar Association.

The article analyses the amendments related to the conversion of the right of use into the right of ownership or the abolition of the conversion of land with compensation. In addition, it outlines the novelties introduced to achieve energy efficiency and environmental protection, as well as changes in the functioning of state bodies.
