Bearing in mind that while working with our clients we are very often faced with their dilemmas and issues in the field of mobbing, in particular with questions on how the Employer should proceed with employees’ requests in regard to conducting the mediation procedure, on 21 June we organised a working breakfast on

“Mobbing in practice – conducting the mediation procedure with the Employer and current case law”

The informative and instructive presentation of our lawyers Sasa Sindjelic and Ivana Stefanovic was followed by numerous questions raised by the participants about their individual concerns and problems regarding mobbing at work.

Informal discussions and exchange of experience continued during breakfast served in our garden.
